2. Contributors: Responsible for completing assigned tasks with integrity and professionalism. Must maintain confidentiality and follow platform rules.
3. All Users: Must not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Fees
1. Contributors are compensated per module or task completed, as outlined in their engagement agreements.
2. Clients shall be invoiced based on project scope or task-level agreements.
3. StaggerHub reserves the right to charge platform usage or commission fees as applicable.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to software, documentation, content, and deliverables created on or via the platform shall vest solely with StaggerHub Private Limited unless otherwise stated in writing.
Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Confidentiality
All users agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information encountered during engagements. This obligation survives termination of user access or contracts.
Code of Conduct
All users must:
1. Communicate respectfully
2. Avoid plagiarism or unethical practices
3. Comply with assigned deadlines and quality standards
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or restrict access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may also terminate their accounts by written request. Any outstanding obligations, including compensation and data responsibilities, will remain enforceable.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute security of the platform.
